Hello, I have tried to send small quantities of Shiboo to MEXC several times and am in contact with the stock exchange. The transfer is closed as completed in the Casper Wallet, but nothing arrives at the stock exchange. With CSPR, the transfer works, is the same account number. What can I do?

my wallet is always available after closing the app i always have to recover my wallet address by using the recovery phrase every time i close the app window on my phone

Current all transactions shown as transfer. It would be great if we can see it as transfer, as in going out, and receive, as in what we are receiving.
