I deposited my CSPR Jan. 2024 to my Ledger device from Bitrue. I upgraded my Ledger hardware device using same passwords and everything integrated seemlessly. All other accounts working as expected. Went to send off Ledger CSPR for first time yesterday and get error message after signing “check device passwords or passcode are correct”. Tried several times, even got out the old Leger device, same message. First thing I tried was to send another asset out, no problem. It’s not a changed or alternate pass phrase or pass key situation.
