Cannot get past the confirm password page on iPhone app

We still can't reproduce this on our devices, so a few details would help:
- On the "Confirm passcode" page, does the numeric keypad appear at all, or does it appear but tapping digits does nothing?
- Do any of the six dots fill in when you tap digits?
- Are these settings on or off?
- Settings > Accessibility > Motion > Reduce Motion
- Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > Full Keyboard Access
- If possible, please send a screen recording of the passcode setup (Control Center > Screen Recording).
In the meantime, please try restarting the iPhone, then go through the passcode setup in one go without switching to another app, and let us know if that changes anything.

We are investigating it. Meanwhile, can you try on "Confirm Passcode" page go back to the first passcode page and then try again?

Do I understand correctly that on the first page for password the keyboard works but on the second it doesn't? Have you tried tapping on the six dots to see if it helps?

Konrad Springer yes that is correct. I have tried tapping the six dots and it doesn’t do anything. I’ve also tried deleting the app and re downloading that also didn’t work.

Konrad Springer I also updated my iphone 17 pro to iOS 27.0.1 and the app confirm password page is still not working
